I'm Steven Janiak — a Charleston, SC operator. For 10+ years I've worked across websites, SEO, CRM, automation, analytics, product, and practical AI. I diagnose the real business problem, then build the system that fixes it.
The origin
An operator who kept seeing the same broken systems.
I've spent 10+ years inside growing businesses, wearing the operator's hat across marketing, sales, and operations. I kept seeing the same gaps: sites that didn't convert, leads that leaked, follow-up that came too late, and teams buried in manual work.
Most people specialize in one slice — a developer, an SEO, a CRM admin, an automation person. I learned the whole stack: websites, SEO, CRM, marketing systems, analytics, product, automation, and internal operations. The leverage almost always lives where those pieces connect.
So that's the work I do — diagnose the real business problem, then build the system that fixes it. Today I'm building Sailient Solutions to do that done-for-you: modernize a business's marketing, sales, and operations through better systems, automation, and practical AI. I don't strategize from the sideline. I build.
